V2 CLOUD ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of V2 Cloud’s Cloud Services by all Customers and End Users and is incorporated by reference into the V2 Cloud Terms of Service ("Agreement"). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning given in the Agreement.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Security and Network Integrity. Customers and End Users may not:

(a) Access or use any system, network, or device without authorization, or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or to circumvent any security or authentication measures;

(b) Monitor or intercept data or traffic on any network or system without permission;

(c) Forge TCP/IP packet headers, email headers, or any part of a message to disguise its origin or route;

(d) Operate open proxies, open mail relays, or open recursive domain name servers;

(e) Use manual or electronic means to circumvent any use limitation, access restriction, or storage restriction placed on the Cloud Services.

2.2 Harmful and Disruptive Conduct. Customers and End Users may not:

(a) Inundate a target system with communications requests so as to render it unable to respond to legitimate traffic (denial of service attacks);

(b) Interfere with the proper functioning of any system through mail bombing, news bombing, broadcast attacks, or flooding techniques;

(c) Monitor or crawl any system in a manner that impairs or disrupts it;

(d) Engage in cryptocurrency mining in a way that harms the Cloud Services or impairs any other user’s use of them. For clarity, consensus mechanisms such as proof of stake used to verify blockchain transactions are permitted provided they do not fall within the restrictions set out in this AUP;

(e) Use or launch any automated system, including bots, spiders, or offline readers, that generates more server requests in a given period than a human can reasonably produce using a conventional browser.

2.3 Unauthorized and Illegal Activities. Customers and End Users may not:

(a) Use the Cloud Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including data protection, privacy, anti-bribery, or export control laws;

(b) Access the Cloud Services for the purpose of building a competing product or service, or permit access to the Cloud Services by a direct competitor of V2 Cloud;

(c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Cloud Services or any related systems or networks;

(d) Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Cloud Services;

(e) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Cloud Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;

(f) Tamper with any license activation or pre-installed software on the Cloud Services, including operating system software, in any way that is not part of normal operations or that attempts to circumvent charges for the Cloud Services.

2.4 Intellectual Property. Customers and End Users may not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret rights, in connection with their use of the Cloud Services.

3. Enforcement. V2 Cloud reserves the right to:

(a) Investigate any suspected violation of this AUP;

(b) Remove, disable, or restrict access to any content that violates this AUP.

4. Updates. V2 Cloud may update this AUP from time to time by posting the revised version at [URL]. V2 Cloud will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice of any material changes. Continued use of the Cloud Services following the effective date of a revised AUP constitutes acceptance of that revision.
