Job description / requirements
Are you eager to build, inspire and grow an A1 sales team in a fast growing tech startup? Do you want to sell the hottest SaaS product in a limitless market? As VP of Sales of V2 Cloud, you will:
- Perform jaw-dropping demos, generate sales, close deals and exceed sales quotas
- Recruit, manage, mentor and motivate top notch, result-driven AMs and SDRs
- Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize inbound leads generation and conversion
- Define outbound sales strategies and go-to-market plans
- Define processes, create playbooks and implement KPIs for the sales team
- Monitor, manage and report sales performance
Requirements:
- Successful track record of a sales leadership role in a tech / SaaS company
- Excellent understanding and experience in the fields of IT services, MSP and Cloud / hosting
- Experience in growing and managing a sales team in a high growth company
- Strong self-motivation and resilience.
- Results oriented and pragmatic personality
