These terms and conditions govern the V2 Cloud Referral Program (the „Program„). This Program is subject to the V2 Cloud Terms of Service (the „Agreement„), which are incorporated herein by reference. By participating, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the V2 Cloud Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Program terms and the Agreement, the Agreement shall control.

This Program is open to all active V2 Cloud customers (the „Referrer„). A successful referral is defined as a new customer (the „Referee„) who signs up for a V2 Cloud platform using the Referrer’s unique referral link. The Referee must be a new customer to V2 Cloud and must meet the minimum user requirement outlined in Section 3. The Program is not open to self-referrals.

Upon a successful qualified referral as defined in Section 3, the parties will receive the following:

• Referrer Reward: (a) one (1) $50 gift card; (b) a 3-month upgrade to V2 CloudCare; and (c) V2 merchandise.
• Referee Reward: (a) a 3-month upgrade to V2 CloudCare; and (b) V2 merchandise.

To be considered a qualified referral and eligible for the Rewards, the following conditions must be met:

• New Customer: The Referee must be a new customer who has not previously been a V2 Cloud customer.
• Minimum Users: The Referee must sign up for a V2 Cloud solution that includes a minimum of four (4) users, including the administrator.
• Referral Link Usage: The Referee must use the Referrer’s personal referral link during the sign-up process.
• No Fraudulent Activity: No self-referrals or fraudulent signups are permitted. V2 Cloud reserves the right to deem any referral ineligible if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

The $50 gift card component of the Referrer’s reward is subject to a thirty (30) day waiting period following the Referee’s successful onboarding and initial payment. 

Other rewards, such as V2 CloudCare upgrades and V2 merchandise, will be delivered following verification of the successful referral. V2 Cloud is not responsible for any issues with the delivery of electronic rewards due to an incorrect or undeliverable email address provided by the participant.

Your participation in this Program requires V2 Cloud to process personal data, which is subject to our Privacy Policy.

• For the Referrer: By participating in the Program, you consent to V2 Cloud using your account information to generate your unique referral link, track sign-ups associated with your link, and contact you for the purpose of fulfilling your rewards.
• For the Referee: By using a referral link to sign up for V2 Cloud services, you acknowledge and consent to V2 Cloud notifying the Referrer of your successful and qualified sign-up for the sole purpose of allowing V2 Cloud to fulfill the Referrer’s reward.

You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner when sharing your referral link. You must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (such as CASL in Canada and CAN-SPAM in the US), as well as the V2 Cloud Terms of Service.

Any distribution of your referral link that could be considered unsolicited commercial email, „spam“, or any other activity that V2 Cloud deems to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to its brand is strictly prohibited and will result in your immediate disqualification from the Program, forfeiture of any rewards, and potential termination of your Customer Account.“

These Program terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, consistent with the V2 Cloud Terms of Service. All disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively in the courts located in Quebec City, Quebec.

V2 Cloud reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions. This Program and its rewards are subject to change, suspension, or termination at any time, at the sole discretion of V2 Cloud, without prior noticeat the sole discretion of V2 Cloud, without prior notice.

However, termination of the Program shall not void a Referrer’s right to rewards for qualified referrals that were successfully completed prior to the date of termination. Any third-party gift cards provided as part of the rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. This Program is void where prohibited by law.
