What is a Cloud WorkSpace?

This is a virtual computer hosted in a secure datacenter. Your workspace is completely isolated from the others and you can access it virtually from anywhere and from any device as long as you have an Internet connection. Multiple users can access the same WorkSpace concurrently with their own desktop session while sharing the same set of applications and storage space.

Do you provide a free trial?

Yes, we provide a free trial of 7 days on the smallest plan. You pay the total amount at time of registration but we will automatically refund your order if you cancel within 7 days, no question asked.

What is the operating system (OS)?

We provide Windows 8 and Windows 10 operating system (based on Windows Server 2012 R2 and Server 2016).

Does it come with pre-installed applications?

Commonly used applications will be installed by default such as Google Chrome and Antivirus software.

Can I install my own applications?

Yes, you have Administrator access of your Cloud WorkSpace and you can install any software you want, just like a traditional computer.

Do you provide technical support?

We provide live technical support free of charge for all plans. You can find support using the online chat or the contact page.

Where are located the Cloud WorkSpaces?

We partner with worldwide recognized datacenters around the world and you can select the region where you want your WorkSpace when you order online. See all available regions.

Is it running 24/7?


Can multiple users access the same WorkSpace?

Cloud WorkSpaces come by default with one Administrator user. You can add up to 250 additional users under a single WorkSpace. All users will be able to connect concurrently and have their own private desktop session. Files and applications will be shared among the users.

How fast is the Internet and do you charge for bandwidth?

We guarantee at least 100 Mbps Internet connection (up and down). We do not charge for Internet usage however we monitor it and we can block in case of abuse.


I just ordered a new Cloud WorkSpace, how do I use it?

Once you order a Cloud WorkSpace online, the building process will take roughly 20 minutes to complete. You will receive an email when it is done. Simply go to your dashboard and click the "Web Connect" button. You will be redirected to your WorkSpace directly in your web browser.

What is the Web Connect feature?

This allows you to remotely connect to your WorkSpace directly in your web browser without having to install anything. All browsers are supported however we recommend using Google Chrome to get more functionalities like bidirectional clipboard (copy/paste).

What is the V2 Cloud Client?

You can download and install the V2 Cloud Client on your PC or Mac to remotely connect to your WorkSpace. This is similar to the Web Connect feature but this will allow you to share your local drives, redirect your local printer and USB devices.

I am familiar with RDP. Can I use RDP to connect?

Yes. From your dashboard, locate your WorkSpace and click Actions -> Manage computer.

Then under the Users tab, locate your user account and click Actions -> Download RDP file.

This will download an RDP shortcut in your browser. Simply open the file and enter your password. You can save the file on your local desktop for future use.

How do I add users?

From your dashboard, locate your Cloud WorkSpace and click Actions -> Manage computer. Under the Users tab, you will find a button named Add user access.

I received a notification that my Cloud WorkSpace reached its maximum capacity. What do I do?

You need to upgrade your subscription to increase its hardware performance. Failing to do so might eventually lock you out and random issues will occur.

From your dashboard, locate your WorkSpace and click Actions -> Manage computer. Under the Hardware tab, you will find a button named Change hardware. Attention changing the hardware will change your monthly price according to the price chart.

My WorkSpace is running out of disk space. What do I do?

You need to increase the hard drive capacity. From your dashboard, locate your WorkSpace and click Actions -> Manage computer. Under the Storage tab, you will be able to resize the disk of your WorkSpace. Attention resizing a disk will change your monthly price according to the price chart.

How do I cancel my account?

From your dashboard, locate your WorkSpace and click Actions -> Manage computer. In the top left you will see a button with your WorkSpace name on it. Click the button then click Destroy computer. Attention this will completely destroy your WorkSpace and remove all data. This action is not reversible. Once a WorkSpace is destroyed, the recurring charges associated to that computer will stop.


How billing works?

You pay a fixed monthly price for the hardware of your WorkSpace, plus an additional monthly fee for every additional user.

For example, according to the price chart, if you select a Cloud WorkSpace with 2 processors and 4.0 GB of memory, it will cost $60/mo. It will come with 1 Admin access and each additional user you add to the WorkSpace will be charged at $10/mo.

Please note that a WorkSpace holding 4 users will consume more than a one with 1 user. You will need to upgrade the hardware if you add more users and you should always stay within the range indicated in the pricing chart to avoid any slowness.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, the price you see is the price you pay. We will not charge for over usage, Internet bandwidth or technical support. Your monthly invoice will reflect what you see on the price chart.

Is there a contract?

No, it’s month to month. You can cancel whenever you want.

Do you provide discounts?

We provide discounts for volume sales. A discount will be automatically applied to your invoices when you reach the required monthly volume.

Do you offer hourly billing?

No, it is a fixed price per month, unlimited usage. We do not offer hourly pricing.

Will my card get charged every month?

Yes, we will charge your credit card every month according to your billing period until you cancel your subscription. You can see your billing period details under the Subscription tab of your dashboard


What is the difference between private and public IP address?

Private IP WorkSpaces are placed behind a NAT firewall (more secure) while public IP WorkSpaces are directly connected to the Internet (less secure). The latter should only be used if you plan to host an Internet facing server (e.g. a web server).

My Cloud WorkSpace has a private IP address. How do I forward ports?

From your dashboard, locate your WorkSpace and click Actions -> Manage computer. Under the Ports tab, you will find a button named Add new port forward.

Can I RDP into the Cloud WorkSpace?

We recommend using the V2 Cloud Client to connect to the WorkSpace as the connection is tunneled (more secure than standard RDP). You can still use RDP by downloading the RDP file from your Dashboard or manually enter the IP address, username and password.

Is this VDI or RDS?

We developped our own technology that leverages the best of both worlds. You can call it multi-user VDI.

Do we have to manage TS licensing and CALs?

No, we take care of that.

Can we use our own Domain?

Yes. Please contact us.

Can we use our own SPLA?

No, we managed that.

Do you have DDoS protection?

Yes, all our datacenter locations have DDoS protection in place.

Are you HIPAA compliant?

We can provide HIPAA compliant hosting. This is not available in all our datacenters so please contact us before.

Do you have a reseller program?

Yes you can resell Cloud WorkSpaces to your clients under your own brand (white label) and we will give you a discount based on the monthly volume you buy. Please contact us for more information.
