Welcome back, V2 Cloud users! ?
We’ve got another stack of updates fresh off the dev desk, and they’re all about clarity, control, and optimization.

From our shiny new Metrics Dashboard to helpful interface tweaks and important bug fixes, this update is designed to make your cloud computing experience better, smarter, and easier.
Let’s dive in. ?
A long-awaited addition is finally here! We’re thrilled to introduce the Metrics Dashboard, available within the Manage Computers section of your V2 Cloud account. This tool gives admins deeper insights into system performance across all managed virtual computers, allowing for smarter decision-making and faster troubleshooting.

Get a bird’s eye view of user activity:
Track how many locally created users have signed in.
View session durations.
Analyze usage trends across 7 or 30-day intervals.
Color-coded insights:
Green: Active users
Red: Inactive users
? Note: This feature currently supports only users created directly in the V2 Cloud platform.

Monitor disk space health at a glance:
Visual breakdown of total vs. used storage.
Status indicators help you take action:
Green: Healthy storage
Yellow: Nearing capacity—consider upgrading
Red: Critical—action required
Supports multi-disk setups, with pagination for more than 3 disks.

Keep your memory performance in check:

Diagnose performance bottlenecks:
Monitor CPU activity in real-time.
Understand peak usage and sluggishness causes.
Plan resource allocation or upgrades based on trends.

The Metrics Dashboard is your new go-to for proactive system management. It is designed to help you optimize resource allocation, improve computer performance, and ensure your team is operating smoothly. Whether it’s monitoring user activity, managing storage, or analyzing CPU and RAM utilization, the Metrics Dashboard provides the actionable insights you need.

We’ve made connection statuses more visible and informative on both the dashboard and computers page:
Green = Connected
Yellow = Disconnected
Red = Offline
This enhancement makes it easier for admins to troubleshoot in real-time and understand current user states at a glance.
We’ve added a dropdown menu to the cancellation modal so users can specify why they’re ending their virtual computer service. This helps us improve based on direct user feedback and enhances overall VDI experience.
You can now forcefully sign out managed users—no admin approval or waiting required. Just go to the left panel, select the account, and click “Sign Out.” Quick and easy.
We’ve improved how refunds are displayed inside the invoice system:
Shows full and partial refunds.
Refund status is visible on both the main invoice and individual views.
Partial refund details are broken down for full clarity.
You can now search for specific virtual computers directly in the Subscriptions page. No more endless scrolling!
For security and simplicity, newly created virtual computers no longer have port forwarding enabled by default. This change does not impact templates where it was already configured.
We’ve removed all instances of “V2 Cloud” from the white-label user experience.
Confirmation modals now show which user is being deleted—making admin actions clearer.
Invoice numbers have been added to the Invoices page for faster tracking.
Your feedback matters—and we’ve used it to squash several bugs:
Fixed: New pool users were unable to connect to computers.
Fixed: Old payment modal was displaying during payment completion.
Fixed: Azure® SSO users were unable to log in correctly.
Fixed: Camera redirection failures for Azure AD users.
Fixed: “Additional Information” modal disappeared too quickly when logging in or navigating the dashboard.
From the data-driven Metrics Dashboard to streamlined admin features like Forced Signout and Refund Visibility, this update cycle focuses on giving you more control, visibility, and support tools—without increasing complexity.
