As winter sets in, it’s time to clear the path for a more organized, efficient year ahead. Our latest product release helps you do just that. 

With Sub-Accounts and Enhanced User Access now available. Whether you’re managing multiple clients or internal teams, this update gives you cleaner separation, smarter delegation, and better visibility, all under one roof. 

Like a snowblower in early December, this update helps you get ahead before things really pile up.

Sub-Accounts: Isolate Teams, Projects, and Clients

Sub-Accounts enable Account Owners to create and manage isolated environments for specific teams, clients, or internal projects under one master account. Each Sub-Account can have its own infrastructure, settings, and even billing overview — while remaining centrally managed.

Key highlights:

• Create separate Sub-Accounts per client, team, or department
• Transfer computers between accounts as needed
• Assign unique V2CC plans per Sub-Account
• Consolidated billing through the Parent Account
• View Sub-Account charges via a new Statements tab
• Use a unified navigation panel to quickly switch between accounts
  

Managing Sub-Accounts

Account Owners will find a new Sub-Accounts section in the left-hand navigation panel. From here, you can:

• Add new Sub-Accounts
• Edit names and descriptions
• Delete accounts when no longer needed

Note: Deleting a Sub-Account automatically transfers all computers back to the Parent Account.

Delegate with Precision: The New User Access Module

The new User Access module introduces structured roles to help you delegate admin tasks securely.

Two roles are currently available:

• Operations Manager: Full infrastructure access (computers, users, SSO/AD, pools, block storage).
• Accounting Manager: Access to billing section only. (Only assignable from Parent Account).

Account Owners can now:

• Add team members as delegated users
• Assign permissions by email and full name
• Require 2FA for enhanced security

Creating a Sub-Account

Click + Add New Sub-Account from the navigation dropdown or Sub-Accounts page to:

• Enter a name and optional description
• Migrate computers from the Parent Account (optional)

Once created, the new Sub-Account appears in both the table and left navigation.

Clear Permission Visibility

When you select a Sub-Account, the system now clearly shows:

• Your current permission level
• The ability to return to the Parent Account with one click

Creating User Roles

Navigate to User Access and click + Add New Permission to:

• Enter the user’s email and full name
• Assign a role (Operations or Accounting Manager)
• Require 2FA (optional)
  

Note: Existing users will retain their current password and gain new permissions.

Note: Creating permissions from within a Sub-Account makes it clear the role applies to that specific Sub-Account.

Statement Tab

On the Invoices page, you’ll now find a Statements tab that displays a line-item breakdown of charges for each Sub-Account. This is not an invoice, but a cost summary to help you track usage across your environments.

This release sets the foundation for even more advanced delegation, automation, and visibility across your organization.
