Enforce user 2 step authentication
for your users

In this tutorial, you will learn how to enforce 2 step authentication for your users. They will need to enter a 6 digits code they will receive either by email or Mobile App at every login. We highly recommend enforcing this feature to all your users for added security.
Two steps authentication for Existing Users
STEP 1
Create a new user and fill all the user details. Check Enforce Two step Authentication and click submit.

STEP 2
The user has to log in into his account.

STEP 3
Enter the verification code sent to your email or Mobile App to confirm two step authentication is working correctly.

STEP 4
Your user is now logged with 2 step authentication

2- Two steps authentication for Existing Users
STEP 1
Login to V2 dashboard with your administrator account. Select Actions and then Manage computer.

STEP 2
In the Users tab, select the user to enable Two Steps authentication and in the Actions button, select Edit user.

STEP 3
In the Edit User Account window, check Enforce two step authentication option and click Submit.

STEP 4
Select enable and which method (Email – Mobile App) you want to activate 2 Step Authentication and click Submit.

STEP 5
Enter the verification code sent to your email or Mobile App to confirm two step authentication is working correctly.
