How do I find out if I have
a public IP address?
In this tutorial, You can find out what kind of IP address you have by following these quick steps. Private IP addresses are not affected by the price change.
Step 1
Go to your Dashboard
Step 2
Open the cloud computer you want to verify the IP address with Actions – Manage Computer
Step 3
If you see N/A in the right corner under Address, as shown in the black screenshot below, you have a private IP.
Step 4
If you see a series of numbers in the right corner under Address, as shown in the white screenshot, you have a public IP address.
