In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to add additional invoice recipients to your V2 Cloud Dashboard, ensuring that all relevant parties receive timely billing information. Properly managing invoice recipients helps ensure smooth communication and prevents any payment delays. Follow these steps to add extra recipients and keep your billing process organized:
Please go to V2cloud.com and click on Sign in button, or open the V2 Dashboard at the following link: https://dash.v2cloud.com/index/

To proceed further, input your login V2 credentials into the designated fields provided. Once you’ve entered your credentials, click on the “LOGIN" button. This step ensures secure authentication, thereby granting you access to your Dashboard.

Now, navigate to the left side of your Dashboard interface. Within the billing section, you’ll find a category labeled “Invoices". Click on “Invoices" to proceed to the next step. This area lets you review and handle all invoice-related matters for your account.

Invoice email recipients are the individuals or entities designated to receive invoice copies via email. This practice is aimed at fostering transparency and accountability in financial dealings, keeping all concerned parties up-to-date with the account’s financial transactions.

After specifying an additional email address to receive invoices, ensure you click the “Update” button to save your changes. This action guarantees that future invoices will be sent not only to the primary owner’s email but also to the newly added recipient, starting from the next billing cycle.

Incorporating multiple invoice recipients boosts convenience, accountability, and transparency. It facilitates effective communication and financial management, whether for internal record-keeping or keeping stakeholders informed about the organization’s financial transactions.
