In this tutorial, you will learn how to manage your backups (snapshots). All our business plans include a 7 days history by default. The snapshots are taken daily at midnight local time.
You can also increase your backup retention for up to 21 days. Price will vary according to the number of drives and the amount of storage you have. See Step 4 for more details.
To manage the snapshots of your Cloud Computer, click Actions – Manage computer from your Cloud dashboard.
Go to the Snapshots tab, here can see your snapshots listed. Our Business plans will allow you to schedule your snapshot and save the last 7.
To revert your Cloud Computer from a previous date, click on the Actions – Revert to snapshot option.
Your Cloud Computer will revert to the snapshot of the required date. Make sure you have a backup of your current data before you revert your Cloud PC to a previous date.
You can extend your backups up to 21 days. From the Snapshot tab, you can change the default from 1 week to 2 or 3 weeks as shown below. Prices will vary with the number of drives you have and the amount of storage you have added to your cloud computers. You need to select YES for the price confirmation and your backups will be extended to the desired time.
