How to use VM pool

Step 2:
Select the type of VMpool and click Next

Step 3:
Select the VM(s) you want to include in your pool. Choose a Name and a Description. Click Next.

Step 4:
Select the way your users are authenticating to V2 Cloud. In this example, we are using V2 Cloud local users. Click Next. You can add the AD Connector and the SSO Connector down the road.

Step 5:
Select Build Pool. The VMpool is now created.



Select the Users tab and then Add new user access

Fill in the fields:
– Preferred Windows Username
(Note: there can’t be used space and symbols)
– Full name
– Allow access
(Note: use the dropdown menu if there are Remote Apps)
– Password and confirm Password.
Click Submit.

B. Domain users
No need to add users, only connect the AD connector. Click on the Directory Access tab and Select the desired Directory under the Directories dropdown menu and click Submit.

C. SSO users
Add as normal user + select SSO connector. Click on the SSO Access tab and Select the desired SSO under the SSO dropdown menu and click Submit.
